Tools with complex nested input and output schemas are preserved end to end instead of being flattened to scalar types, and the full schema is exposed to callers on every surface. MCP tools now advertise outputSchema and return structuredContent, the built-in select/search/use tools gained output schemas, and the formatted-tools format parameter accepts a new mcp value.

Fixed

OAuth Dynamic Client Registration now accepts redirect_uri values whose hostname resolves to a private IP, so on-prem and VPC MCP clients on private hosts can register (previously rejected with invalid_redirect_uri). Server-side SSRF protections on metadata and JWKS fetch paths are unchanged.

MCP tool listings advertise outputSchema; tool calls return structuredContent when a tool declares an output schema. The formatted-tools format parameter accepts mcp.
