Arcade 1.9.2

This release refreshes the bundled application images (appVersion 12ea38c → 3b284b3) and adds optional chat-playground model-selector values. A standard helm upgrade rolls out the new images. All new values are opt-in and default to the previous behavior — no secrets, RBAC, or migration changes are required.

• Microsoft Power BI toolkit (14 tools): discover workspaces, semantic models, and reports; run read queries; and manage Power BI resources. The Power BI OAuth provider is registered out of the box — configure Power BI OAuth credentials to enable it.
• Chat playground model selector — pick the model per conversation. New playground values add OpenAI models (playground.openaiApiKey), configure the offered model list and default (playground.models), pin the chat-title model (playground.titleModel), and route providers through proxy or self-hosted endpoints (playground.providerBaseUrls). Anthropic stays the default, so existing installs are unaffected.
• Project members can leave a project they belong to.

• The organization dropdown refreshes after you accept an organization invite, so the newly joined org appears without a page reload.
• Microsoft Excel toolkit reliability hardening: aggregate operations gain guards and warnings, workbook path and upload handling are more robust, and batch operations are time-budgeted.
• Audit-log entry diffs serialize keys in a stable order, so records no longer show spurious changes caused by nondeterministic key ordering.

• appVersion moves to 3b284b3, shipping current coordinator / engine / worker / dashboard / experience-api (and OpenFGA) images.
• Chat model selector (optional). All new playground.* values are opt-in; defaults preserve the current Anthropic-only behavior. Set playground.openaiApiKey (or playground.existingOpenaiApiKeySecret) to offer OpenAI models, playground.models to change which models appear, and playground.providerBaseUrls to reach proxied or self-hosted providers.
• Power BI toolkit. Configure Power BI OAuth credentials under your OAuth providers configuration to use it; no other cluster changes are required.

• New Microsoft Power BI tools for workspace / semantic-model / report discovery, read queries, and resource management.
• Project members can now leave a project via the dashboard and API.
• Microsoft Excel tools behave more defensively under large or malformed inputs.
• Audit-log diffs are now deterministic.
