Arcade 1.9.1

This release refreshes the bundled application images (appVersion 0e27ed6 → 12ea38c); the chart templates and values schema are unchanged from 1.9.0. A standard helm upgrade rolls out the new images — no values, secrets, RBAC, or migration changes are required.

• Postman worker toolkit (30 tools, API-key auth).
• Google Forms worker toolkit.
• Microsoft Outlook Mail create_draft_reply tools.
• MCP gateways can be created and edited from a dedicated page in the web UI, with a searchable MCP server picker.
• Gmail toolkit: list tools now return pagination metadata.

• The project Invite action is hidden from members who lack invite permission on that specific project (per-project can_invite). This builds on the can_edit / can_invite capability hints introduced in 1.9.0 by wiring the dashboard's project Invite affordance to them.
• MCP clients are prompted to (re)authorize when their stored token is missing or invalid, instead of failing silently.
• User-selected MCP OAuth scopes are honored during authorization and token refresh.
• Gmail toolkit: message and draft output fidelity — reply/compose header handling, top-level bcc, multipart metadata, and HTML body sanitization (allow-listed tags, CRLF-safe headers).
• Gmail toolkit: search and query correctness — quoting, date-range bounds, and category filters.
• Gmail toolkit: more robust message-body parsing (encoding, hidden text, tables), plus batch, label, and thread-modify integrity.

• appVersion moves to 12ea38c, shipping current coordinator / engine / worker / dashboard / experience-api (and OpenFGA) images. No chart-value, secret, RBAC, or Kubernetes-version changes are required.

• MCP authorization: clients are re-prompted to authorize on a missing or invalid token, and user-selected OAuth scopes are honored on both authorize and refresh.
• Gmail toolkit: list tools include pagination metadata; message, draft, search, and body-parsing behavior are corrected (see Fixed).
• New tools: Postman (30), Google Forms, and Outlook Mail create_draft_reply.
